2024 - our 40th Anniversary CYCLE to LOURDES starts in Nice on 23rd March 2024

2024 will be the 40th Anniversary of our first fundraising cycle in France to raise funds for The Irish Pilgrimage Trust. Funds raised are for the purpose of providing young people with additional needs with volunteer supported holiday breaks to Lourdes and on Summer breaks in Kilcuan.

Our Cycle to Lourdes is a very unique event and always attracts a great group of individuals. Why not take on the challenge to train for and participate in this 1,000km long 7-day cycle. Our 2024 Cycle is limited to 90 people inclusive of Cyclists and Support teams.

Everyone participating in the Cycle to Lourdes, Cyclists and Backup teams, raise sponsorship to provide much needed funds for The Irish Pilgrimage Trust. Separately, all Cyclists and Backup teams pay their own fares. The funds raised provide assisted annual holiday pilgrimage trips to children and young people with additional needs. Our wonderful Volunteers, Carers and Medical volunteers pay their own fares. This ensures that maximum value is derived from the funds raised by this event and go directly to benefit our special young people.

If you are interesting in participating in this event please complete and submit the EXPRESSION of INTEREST form by following the link below. We will then get in touch with you to deal with your submission
