Group 103 are different to other groups of The Irish Pilgrimage Trust, in that they are nationally based rather than associated with a county or region.

Group 103 invite young people whose medical condition and prognosis is such that they could not travel with our more conventional groups. Family members, particularly parents, are invited to travel and participate in the Easter Week Pilgrimage. Group 103 invite young people from Ulster and the North Western Region.

There are two other 'family' groups: one based in Galway and one in the Eastern Region. The Group Leader is Seamus Collins.
